Tabletop Adventures at the Blackburn Hamlet Funfair

Get ready for an exciting afternoon of storytelling and dice‑rolling as the funfair hosts two unique Dungeons & Dragons one‑shot adventures, each offering its own style of fun. When you arrive, we’ll ask which adventure you prefer, and while we can’t guarantee placement, we’ll do our best to take your preference into account.
Adventure 1: Slippery Little Kobold
Presented by Angry Orc Games, this high‑energy kobold caper is packed with chaos, traps, frantic chases, and clever puzzles. Expect a mischievous kobold who’s always one step ahead and plenty of moments that spark laughter, teamwork, and quick thinking.

Adventure 2: Barbed Wire Betty
Created by a Blackburn Hamlet resident, this gritty, high‑energy one‑shot drops players into a picture perfect Pink Doll House — a sprawling, bubble‑gum‑pink mansion that looks like a life‑sized version of a child’s toy home. Its bright paint, neat trim, and perfectly arranged rooms make it feel strangely pristine, until barbed wire fences spring up from the ground turning this dreamscape into a nightmare.
The entire adventure unfolds inside the Pink Doll House, where every room is picture‑perfect on the surface but hides tension, secrets, and other worldly trouble.
Players can expect mystery, uneasy alliances, tense standoffs, and twists that keep the table buzzing.

Dice: Bringing your own dice is recommended, but don’t worry — we’ll have plenty of extra sets ready to roll for anyone who needs them
